I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with two decades in behavioral health, foster & residential care, and nonprofit leadership. I've worn most of the hats — therapist, clinical supervisor, executive director, board chair, the person everyone calls 24/7. I learned the hard way that you can't pour from an empty cup. (Then refill it. Then crack it. Then make a new one. Apparently this is a lesson the helping professions teach us on repeat.) Which is precisely why I do this work. Once you've sat with your own healing — the slow, repeated kind — you can't un-know what it asks of you. Through my self-work, I learned that walking alongside other people on their journey is where my passion lies.
When I'm not working, I'm usually with a book, a sketchpad, on a bike ride or somewhere outside (usually on a walk with 'Bear' - see the cuteness!)
Nature is where the noise gets quiet. I believe in deep curiosity, the right amount of irreverence, and the kind of slow time that allows you to be your unapologetic, authentic self.

I'm drawn to this work because I've seen what happens when intention and impact align — in individuals, in clinicians, in organizations. I've also seen what happens when they don't.
If you're looking for a therapist, a clinical supervisor, or a partner in organizational change, I'm here to bring my full self to that work.
